Parinitha joined SOL Capital management in October 2024. As RPA Specialist, she is responsible for designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes.

Prior to joining SOL, Ms. Gaddam accrued significant experience working with leading banks, as well as infrastructure and engineering firms across the United States and Asia. Her professional focus has been on the automation of complex software processes, modernization of legacy systems, and integration of automation solutions into core business systems.

Ms. Gaddam holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
