Mr. Vijayakumar joined SOL Capital Management in July 2021.  He is responsible for executing all trades in client accounts and seeks the best possible execution on all transactions.  Additionally, he assists in analyzing current holdings and researching new investment ideas.  He is also responsible for corporate actions in managed accounts, proxy voting on behalf of SOL clients, and carrying out routine audits on best execution.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Vijayakumar was a Client Relationship Administrator at SOL.  In that role, he was responsible for new account setup and supporting the client services team.

Prior to joining SOL, Mr. Vijayakumar was an assistant sales manager for a large car dealership chain in Maryland.  He worked with multiple locations regarding business development and sales.

Mr. Vijayakumar holds a BA in Economics and a minor in Ancient Studies from University of Maryland – Baltimore County.
