New Look & New Portal

Five things to know about the new portal:


When will this change happen? How long will I be able to access the old system?

The old system will be available via through the end of December 2018, and the new portal will be available via “client login” on our website as of January 1, 2018. You will receive an email notification with instructions on how to login for the first time to the new portal.

Will old usernames and passwords for work on the new portal?

For security, we are having our clients use their email addresses as their usernames and you will be required to create a new password the first time you login. We also recommend adding your mobile phone number to your user profile to enable two-factor authentication for increased security.

Will I see the same type of information?

The same reports will be available in PDFs and now more information will be available in the charts and graphs.

Will I be able to see old reports and management fees?

Yes, you will be able to see reports from YTD and Management fees in your Document Center.
